These terms cover your use of the BuildWithBNZ website and workspace, operated by BNZ Builders Inc.

The service
BuildWithBNZ provides AI assistants — Sara, Taylor, and Emma — that help construction teams draft project, estimating, and subcontractor work. The assistants prepare drafts. Anything that leaves your company is sent only after you review and approve it.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Each workspace belongs to one company. Only authorized users of your company should access it.
- You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are sent, submitted, or relied upon.
Plans and billing
- Sara on the Desk is $30/month. The Full Crew (Sara, Taylor, and Emma) is $50/month. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. There is no long-term contract.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- For billing questions or a refund request, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access another company's workspace. We may suspend accounts that do.
No professional guarantee
The assistants help you draft work; they don't replace your professional judgment. You remain responsible for the accuracy of bids, estimates, filings, and communications you approve and send.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
